Harry is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over a decade of experience delivering high-profile and technically challenging services across Jersey and London. A Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since May 2019, Harry is known for his ability to navigate complex, sensitive, and large-scale schemes with precision and professionalism, advising both public and private sector clients.

Educated at Leeds Beckett University, Harry graduated with a 2:1 in Building Surveying providing a strong technical and analytical foundation that underpins his career. He successfully achieved chartership through the industry-leading APC programme under the guidance of Alpesh Patel, APC Master Coach, reflecting his commitment to excellence and professional growth.

Harry previously worked at Currie & Brown and Avison Young, where he led multi-disciplinary teams and managed technically demanding building projects in fast-paced, regulated environments. His portfolio spans projects requiring a careful balance of technical expertise, strategic oversight, and collaborative stakeholder management.
